Comparece y dice:
PRIMERO: Que por medio del presente escrito en nombre del Sindicato Manos Limpias, y haciéndose eco del clamor popular de la mayoría de la sociedad española quiere transmitirle:
TODO SU APOYO AL PODER JUDICIAL, UNO DE LOS PILARES BÁSICOS EN LA DIVISIÓN DE PODERES, QUE AHORA SE VE GRAVEMENTE AMENAZADA POR LA INJERENCIA DEL PODER EJECUTIVO CON LA PROPOSICIÓN DE LEY DE AMNISTÍA A LOS GOLPISTAS-SEPARATISTAS CATALANES.
SEGUNDO: Defender la independencia del Poder Judicial es defender a la sociedad española.
TERCERO: El orden político y la paz social se fundamentan en el respeto a la Ley: Art. 10 de la Constitución Española de 1978.
